  • A pass contains 500 successful answers and lasts 30 days.
  • Only a successful answer uses one; failed, empty or errored requests do not.
  • One pass activates on up to three computers that share the same balance.
  • Card payments renew every 30 days; Alipay and WeChat renew manually.
  • Unused answers do not roll over; renewal resets the balance to 500.
  • Full refund within 7 days of purchase if 20 or fewer answers have been used.
  • Local models and your own API key remain available before, during and after a pass.

What do I need to start?

Install PageGrok and open the side panel. Built-in AI needs no account, no API key and no local model — the first three answers are free.

Can I switch between built-in and local AI?

Yes. A pass only adds another model source; it does not remove local models or your own API key.

What happens when the free trial ends?

Buy a pass and built-in AI carries on from where it stopped. Everything else keeps working, and you can connect your own model at any time.

How are answers counted?

Only a successful answer counts. Failed requests, upstream errors and empty responses do not use the balance.

Can I use a pass on another computer?

Yes. One pass can be activated on up to three computers that share the same balance.

How do refunds work?

Ask within 7 days of purchase with 20 or fewer answers used and we refund the pass in full. Beyond that the pass is not refundable. Write to kuhung@pagegrok.org with the email you paid with or your order number.
